At kaczors.com / k3company.eu, we strive to deliver high-quality web development services using the Wix platform. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
Due to the custom nature of our web design, development, and related services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as outlined below. We encourage clients to review project scopes and deliverables in the project agreement before proceeding.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon website or services within the timeline specified in the project agreement (excluding delays caused by the client), you may request a full or partial refund based on the work not completed.

Significant Non-Conformance: If the delivered website materially deviates from the agreed specifications (e.g., missing critical features outlined in the project agreement) and we cannot resolve the issue within 14 business days of written notification, you may request a partial refund proportional to the incomplete or defective work.

Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the project in writing before any work starts (e.g., before design or development begins), we will refund any deposit paid, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover initial consultations and setup costs.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:

Completed Work: No refunds are available for services or deliverables already completed, including design mockups, coding, or published websites.

Client Delays or Inaction: If project delays occur due to your failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals within 7 business days, no refunds will be issued. Projects abandoned by the client after 15 days of inaction are considered complete, and no refunds will apply.

Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind about the project, dislike the aesthetic direction after approving designs, or no longer need the website.

Wix Platform Fees: Any fees paid for Wix premium plans, Wix Studio subscriptions, domain registrations, or third-party apps are subject to Wix’s refund policies (available at Wix Terms of Payments). We are not responsible for refunding these fees.

SEO or Performance Outcomes: As SEO results and website traffic depend on external factors (e.g., search engine algorithms, market conditions), no refunds are offered for SEO services or performance-based expectations.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

Submit a written request to 07kaczor@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue arising, detailing the reason and referencing the project agreement.

We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Partial refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed (e.g., hours spent at $75/hour for standard Wix elements or $100/hour for Wix Velo coding).
5. Wix Platform Subscriptions
As a Wix Partner, we may facilitate the purchase of Wix premium plans or Wix Studio subscriptions for your website. These are subject to Wix’s refund policy, which typically allows refunds within 14 days of purchase for eligible plans (see Wix’s Terms of Payments). If you cancel a Wix subscription, our service fees for website development remain non-refundable.
